Much like anime, Angel Du$t are consistently pushing the boundaries of what it means to be an artist. Their new album, COLD 2 THE TOUCH , is equal parts hardcore and everything else, taking listeners on a musical journey that mirrors the emotional investment of your favorite series. They’re hard to define, but always deliver. Since the album’s release, the band have been touring like crazy and thrilling crowds across the world with new songs, old songs, and plenty of mosh parts. Bassist Zechariah Ghosttribe was kind enough to take some time out of the band’s wild schedule to chat with me about the new album, the anime and hardcore communities, and trying to have Baki -worthy swag. The new album, COLD 2 THE TOUCH , was highly anticipated and has been met with great reception. How are you feeling right now? Zechariah Ghosttribe : I'm really, really excited and happy to share it with everybody. We've been sitting on it for a while and have been doing a longer rollout for it. I'm just really excited that it's out there and people can hear it and I'm excited to add new songs to our setlist for these tours that we're about to start. Was there anything different that happened this time around when creating the album? Ghosttribe : So Justice is definitely the primary creative force. This record was recorded by Brian McTernan, who has recorded Angel Du$t in the past.
