Thank you for taking part in this interview. Could you please tell the Crunchyroll audience about yourself and your role in the upcoming season of Black Clover ? Ayataka Tanemura : I’ll be directing the second season. My name is Tanemura. You’ve been working on Black Clover since the early episodes. Can you talk a little bit about how you initially got involved? Tanemura : I used to work at a smaller production company and we were working on Black Clover Season 1, Episode 4. I had the chance to do some work on the storyboarding direction, like the performances of the characters. You worked extensively on a few of Black Clover ’s opening and ending themes, and fans absolutely LOVE Black Clover themes.
