Welcome to Daemons of the Shadow Realm and the recap for the fifteenth episode, “Yuru and Danji.” In the previous episode, Hana revealed to Dera the message left for Yuru on Yama’s corpse. Yuru and the gang went to the forest to practice with their weapons, but not only ran into a pair of Daemons with a pug as their master, but Danji as well. However, Yuru soon realized that Danji was a Daemon himself, and the fake Asa was his Daemon partner. Now he is very sad! SPOILERS FOR Daemons of the Shadow Realm EPISODE 15 AHEAD Pugs and Poignancy Yuru sits by himself in the woods. The pug master approaches him and Yuru is initially annoyed because it interrupts his angsty sulking. Yuru relents and pets the dog, but he does complain that it’s very hard to find peace and quiet in the city, especially compared to when he lived on the mountain. Back there, thinking was easy — all he needed to do was focus on survival. However, even then, Danji would always follow him and check on him. He remembered how terrible he felt when his parents abandoned him and how Danji was there to comfort him. But agh! These are memories he doesn’t want to deal with right now. He blames them on the dog. Back at the group, Left tells the dog’s Daemons that she understands why they like their master. Neither humans nor Daemons like being alone.
