Kamome Maruyono's gourmet manga Dokagui Daisuki! Mochizuki-san (“I Love Gorging! Mochizuki-san”) announced today that the series is being adapted into a TV anime with animation production by Passione. Maruyono also published a celebratory illustration (below) to commemorate the announcement. At the time of this reporting, no additional details (such as the cast, crew and release date) have yet been revealed for the production. Kamome Maruyono serializes the original Dokagui Daisuki! Mochizuki-san manga in Hakusensha's Young Animal Zero and Young Animal Web seinen manga magazines, with three volumes published in Japan since the series debuted in May 2024. The story of the series follows Mikoto Mochizuki, a 21-year-old sales clerk with a gentle and sweet demeanor that contrasts with her gigantic appetite and penchant for devouring mountains of delicious food.
