The series begins broadcasting in Japan in January 2027. In the series, voice actor Yuto Uemura (Heinz in The Case Book of Arne ) plays protagonist Zephyrus . Game Sekai Tensei "DANKATSU": Gamer wa "Dungeon Shuukatsu no Susume" wo "Hajime kara" Play Suru Teaser Trailer Kaede Nishikigi began publishing the original Game Sekai Tensei "DANKATSU": Gamer wa "Dungeon Shuukatsu no Susume" wo "Hajime kara" Play Suru light novels on the Kakuyomu website in January 2021, and TO Books also publishes a print version in Japan with illustrations by Shuri under their TO Bunko imprint, with 15 volumes released to date. TO Books also publishes a manga adaptation with artwork by Hiroshi Asagi, with five volumes published to date. Nagisa Miyazaki directs the TV anime adaptation at STUDIO MASSKET, with series composition and scripts by Yuji Kobayashi.
