The upcoming original anthology anime film GROTESQQQUE, from the mind and production of director Atsushi Nishigori ( DARLING in the FRANXX ) and studio CloverWorks, released new information today, including the film’s staff and cast members, a new trailer for the overall film, the first key visual, details on the opening theme song that connects all three stories, and a November 6 theatrical release in Japan. GROTESQQQUE  Anthology Anime Film Main Trailer The opening theme song for GROTESQQQUE is "Shoot Shoot Shoot" by METALVERSE. More music will be used throughout the film in the different stories, featuring tracks from (but not limited to) ASCA, Mika Ichinose, Iori Noguchi from =LOVE, Kanon Shizaki, VaVa, Reol, TAKU INOUE, Yushi Nakajima from Gusokumuzu, Nakano + and more. GROTESQQQUE 's first part, titled Aliens , is directed by Atsushi Nishigori, with main character designs by Masato Yasuno, color design by Kazuko Nakajima, art direction by Satoko Nakamura (dehogallery), compositing by Yuya Sakuma, and 3DCG by Capsule. Kana Ichinose and Gen Hoshino will star in the first part. The second part of GROTESQQQUE, titled Yoroshiku★Shoujo, features Takahiro Miura ( Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] ) directing, character designs by tarou2, action direction by Isao Hayashi, color design from Kazuko Nakajima, and 3DCG from sankaku.
