The upcoming original anime GROW UP SHOW -Sunflower Circus- published a new trailer today. The series broadcasts in Japan beginning on July 4, and Crunchyroll will also stream it as part of the summer 2026 anime simulcast lineup . GROW UP SHOW -Sunflower Circus- Trailer Kenta Kamei directs GROW UP SHOW -Sunflower Circus- at animation studios A-1 Pictures and Psyde Kick Studio, with assistant direction by Satsuki Takahashi, series composition and scripts by Takeshi Kikuchi, original character designs by Kurehito Misaki, character designs and chief animation direction by Kazutoshi Makino and music by Yugo Kanno. The GROW UP SHOW -Sunflower Circus- anime's official website describes the story (translated): In Japan during the height of its economic boom in the mid-1950s, the circus was a form of entertainment that became a central part of many people's lives. The best troupes are permitted to participate in the world-renowned "Circus Collection" festival, and many come from all over the country to compete daily. The story centers on the struggling "Sunflower Circus" troupe, led by ringmaster Maria, and a new prodigy that joins their ranks for unknown reasons: Mizuka Tsurumaki.
