Starting in the latest episode, Kohei Amasaki voices new foe Decchi Agein. This mysterious new figure is apparently old acquaintances with Usonoir, the Phantom Thieves' leader in the first half of the series, and possesses the ability to transcend time and space. Amasaki's other notable roles include Saburo Yamada in HYPNOSISMIC -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima and Otto Suwen in Re:ZERO .
