The official X (formerly Twitter) for The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten anime announced today that its three-member idol unit Ho-kago Palette will graduate on July 21. This means that they will be concluding their activities as idols on that date. As part of the promotional campaign for the TV anime's second season, the idol project was launched in November 2025. This project originally focused solely on the story of the main heroine, Mahiru Shiina (CV: Manaka Iwami), as she aims to become a top idol. On April 11, 2026, Chitose Shirakawa (CV: Haruka Shiraishi) and Ayaka Kido (CV: Marika Kono) joined the project, and the three of them formed the idol group Ho-kago Palette. They have since released two original songs: "Romantic Memories" on April 11 and "Sekkyoku-teki ni Gyutteshite! ( Gimme Gimme Hug! ) " on June 13. To mark the finale of Ho-kago Palette, a graduation live radio will stream on YouTube at 20:00 (JST) / 04:00 (PT) on July 21, featuring the three voice cast members: Manaka Iwami, Haruka Shiraishi, and Marika Kono.
