The official website and accounts for the Though I Am an Inept Villainess anime series announced today, following the broadcast of Episode 11, that a second cour, titled “The First Royal Outing” Arc, will begin in January 2027. Additionally, Crunchyroll is announcing today that series will continue to stream on the platform when the second cour premieres next year. A new main visual was also released to coincide with the announcement. Three new cast members were also announced , and include: Keikou voiced by Yuichi Nakamura Keishou voiced by Shunichi Toki Unran voiced by Chiaki Kobayashi The original Though I Am an Inept Villainess novel series by Satsuki Nakamura began on Shosetsuka ni Naro in July 2020. A physical edition featuring illustrations by Kana Yuki began in December 2020, with 12 volumes released in Japan to date. A manga adaptation featuring art by Ei Ohitsuji also began in December 2020, with 10 volumes released in Japan to date. Seven Seas Entertainment releases an English-language version of both the light novel and the manga.
