An official website and X account opened today to reveal that a TV anime adaptation of Gido Amagakure's Yura Yura Queen ( Yurayura Q ) comedy manga is in production. Additional details, such as staff, cast and release date, were not confirmed at the time of reporting. Yura Yura Queen Anime Teaser Visual Gido Amagakure's Yura Yura Queen manga was first serialized in Hakusensha's The Hana to Yume magazine in October 2019, with five collected volumes published to date. Anime adaptations of Amagakure's Sweetness & Lightning and A Galaxy Next Door manga aired in 2016 and 2023, respectively. The Yura Yura Queen anime's official website describes the story (translated): Kyuko is the child of a divine fox and a human, adored by her eight older siblings. However, Kyuko worries about being ordinary compared to her beautiful and talented siblings, since she can't use her transformation powers effectively. Her childhood friend, Haru-chan, says he loves everything about her, which causes Kyuko's heart to flutter and shake. It's hard to love yourself just the way you are!
